This tool is simply not very accurate. I search for placements by hand for my clients through Google search results and often those won't show up in Meltwater. This shows that it's only good for a general overview of monitoring, but can't be solely relied on.
Overall when compared to using simple Google alerts for topics and media related to my firm, Meltwater was outperformed by the free service.
